A Blog A Day Keeps the Stress Away

i really feel like blogging helps me in a big way. its like my journal to the world! and i know this blog is new but if anyone reads any of my blogs, the first thought that comes to mind, i would appreciate if you commented that thought or any thoughts you may have pertaining to that blog and see how it helps you release stress or tension.
